The Clubhouse
Your Clubhouse, the center of The Pines At Gahagan community, will delight you with its beauty and luxurious resort-style lifestyle.
Your Clubhouse boast over 4500 SF of Multi-purpose use.
Upon arrival you will enter a Grand Foyer with seating area, which leads to the main of the clubhouse.
Proceed straight head and you will enter the Great Room. This is a multi function room with a juice bar and full galley. The rear double doors lead out to your patio and private pool.
To the right of the Grand Foyer, you will find the Administrative Offices (future Billiards Room), Builders Office (future Library), and Design Studio (future Craft Room).
To the left of the Grand Foyer, you find a Salon, Exercise Facility and locker Rooms. No more running to the gym or salon, it's all part of The Pines At Gahagan community.
To the rear of the Clubhouse is our resort style swim center. A wonderful Patio area to entertain your guest and friends or to relax and enjoy our beautiful lake with fountain.
Our patio surrounds a spectacular Swimming pool. No more fighting traffic, just a walk from your front door and you will be ready for a cool dip.
